1 Bedroom Apartment with Parking, TV and Balcony
First of all, welcome. It’s very likely that we don’t see each other since I’m working overseas. Don't worry, you will have all the information you need for a great stay.
40 m2, new in old.
Apartment completely renovated in 2017 in a 16th century building.
The apartment is located opposite the Place de la République and along the street of a chateau that descends to Saint Goustan (small extraordinary port).
The apartment is not very large but ideal for a family with 2/3 children.
It consists of a bedroom with a bunk bed (a 140 bed and a 90 bed above).
A comfortable convertible sofa for parents in the living room.
New and modern kitchen with central island in the main room.
The age of the building implies that the occupants (tenants) are respectful of the neighbors and calm after 10 p.m.
I am forced to refuse holiday rentals - thank you for your understanding.
Regarding the beds, I provide duvets, mattress covers, pillows and a bolster (For sofa). I also provide toilet paper and hand dryer. You provide the pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheets:
- a 90 bed (upper bedroom bed)
- a 140 bed (lower bedroom bed)
- a 160 bed (sofa)
You also provide bath sheets.
The apartment also has a small Zen space that you can use.
Finally, I do not make an inventory and am in complete confidence with the tenants. I am waiting for you to return the apartment in the state in which you perceived it. Thank you in advance
