Summary: Lou and Mindy made their incredibly well equipped and exceptionally comfortable home available to us for two months. Communication was excellent with easy check-in. Any needs or questions were immediately responded to. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, sugar, olive oil, tools, utensils, etc. The bathrooms had plenty of paper products and even soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beach was across the street ( with a signalized crosswalk) and the facility had a heated swimming pool (never crowded) and two tennis courts. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. We used the 4 burner BBQ grille frequently to cook fresh fish from a local dockside shop. The king size bed was very comfortable and the HVAC kept us cool and warm as needed. Traffic noise was minimal in the well insulated home with hurricane windows. We hope to stay here again next year.
