This spacious home features two floors, 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor fire pit, hydropool swimspa + separate 5P hot tub, BBQ, deck & enclosed Muskoka sunroom. Note: this is my home when not rented 😊

--- The Property:
Situated on over 4 acres of a private forest, across from Arrowhead Provincial Park. The property features a pool (hydropool swimspa), separate hot tub, BBQ, deck, enclosed Muskoka screened room, and a large sandy bonfire pit area.
You'll experience beautiful serene mornings with birds chirping and only the sounds of nature. From the wind blowing though the tall trees, to the waterfall from the spring that runs off the top of the mountain behind the house. The home is surrounded by a natural forest, wildlife are frequently seen during the day, and the stars can be fully seen at night (minimal light pollution). More frequently now, northern lights can also be seen.
If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, search no more! My home can be your home away from home! Come experience the true grounding release nature has to offer in beautiful Huntsville.
Step inside with a bedroom on the first floor, a full bathroom, living room with new furniture and wood-burning fireplace. You'll have everything you need to cook in a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, or food delivery services available here to order. The laundry room is across from a large coat & item storage area.
Downstairs you'll find another large living room with games and a guitar, plus an electric fireplace, and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds.
Both TV's have bluetooth soundbars, upstairs is Sony with airplay. Several rooms have Google nest speakers.
Beach towels are provided for the deck and pool area.
If you are bringing dogs - blankets for sleeping are provided in the laundry room, and extra towels to wipe when coming in from outside. A large dog crate is in the living room.
Security
Please note, this home is my home when not rented. All items and furniture are my personal belongings shared with you. There will be some rooms and cabinets locked with no access for guests.
Additionally - there is no guest access to the garage or container on the left side of the home.
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property, as well as a Nest doorbell camera. Your privacy remains a top priority, and these cameras are solely for security purposes, not monitored, only reviewed by myself in circumstances where necessary. However - alarms WILL flag notifications if people walk around the container on the garage side of the home. Please refrain from this area.

Please note you must read and agree to all house and property rules before staying. This house runs on septic, strict septic rules must be followed. As well as property rules regarding the forest, wildlife, summer fires, and pool use. Pets are allowed, however pet rules must be followed (cleanliness, behaviour, waste disposal).
Again, kind note, this home is my primary residence and all of the luxury amenities and items included for your use are shared and some may be valuable, I ask that you please respect my home and property while staying.
Things you need to know:
• This home runs on septic and septic rules MUST be followed. Only provided toilet paper and your excrements down the toilets. NO tampons, pads, wipes, oils, kleenex, paper towels, or anything that isn't your human waste or food down the toilets or sinks!
• Well behaved pets are welcome, as long as pet rules for waste disposal and cleaning are followed
• Linens and towels are provided, please do not use these in excess or on the lawn/bonfire pit area
• Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition with dishes washed and put away where they were found
• Garbage must be taken upon departure, recycling can be disposed of at end of road
• Arrival time is 4:00 pm and departure time is 11:00 am for all stays
• The smart TV's will have access to Amazon Prime, CityTV (for live TV) and Disney. You may sign into your own Netflix or additional accounts.
• The backyard forest has dangerous elevation changes, rocks, and generally treacherous terrain - it is not advisable to walk further than you can see the house.
• Wildlife live in the forest - you must not leave any food outside overnight, including in the sunroom or bonfire pit, and especially in and around the BBQ. Foxes and turkeys are a regular, as are bears late in summer. You must clean and cover BBQ after use and before going to sleep.
• This home has a valid STR license with the Township of Huntsville; Licence # which allows for no more than 6 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay
