2 Bedroom House with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Pool

In the Historic Flamingo Park Neighborhood, there is a Wonderful 1925 Hummingbird Cottage. The Cottage is a 2BR/2BTH features a beautiful private pool with brand new outside furniture and an outdoor shower. When entering the cottage, the door opens into the living room with hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a sofa bed that is a queen-size bed with a large smart TV. The living room leads into the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and all-new appliances and accessories. The kitchen features a blender, coffee maker, toaster, gas stove, microwave, and teapot, with a huge refrigerator! Off of the dining area are a full bath and a mini library. Then when you walk down the hallway to the right has a walk-in closet. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom featuring a large shower. There are 2 TVs in the cottage located in the living room and the Master bedroom. Both TVs are streaming only. The washer/dryer is located on the back of the back. Close proximity to Palm Beach Island, Rosemary Square (CityPlace), Grandview Warehouse District. A quick 10-minute stroll to nearby restaurants and attractions like the Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, South Dixie Corridor, Rosemary Square, Grandview Public, and more!

The pool is a private chlorine pool. It is very quiet with a spacious oasis atmosphere. Heating charge $15 per night

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Summary: Few places I have stayed at look as good as the pics. This is one of those few. Cute, very private, relaxing, great location. But one of my favorite things was the little extras. There were plenty of towels, there were beach towels, the bed linens were a good quality, there were even extra blankets on the couch to snuggle up with. The homeowners made it feel like they equipped the house in the same way as if they lived there. So many owners furnish on the cheap. My only suggestions are minor: 1. It was a little difficult to figure out which house it was. There are three close together. It took us a few minutes to determine which was ours. 2. The shower water was lukewarm. Not a deal killer, but a little hotter water would have been nice. 3. The washer/dryer unit is in a shed outside. No biggie, except I couldn't read the dials on the dryer. Of course, most people aren't 5'1". But a stool outside would have been helpful. Fortunately I have a tall husband. Correspondence was spot on. Questions asked were responded to within minutes, both by phone and email. I can definitely see us coming back. Thanks for a great experience!
