Third bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ceiling fan, a luggage rack, a dresser and a direct patio door access to the balcony; ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
The guest bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with stand-up showers, vanity and toilet bowl. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The laundry room has a washer and dryer located in the enclosed area near the pool area. This home has Wi-Fi.

• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
