Enjoy a delightful stay in our spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house for your St-Petersburg trip. The unit has AC, Wifi and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy using the outdoor pool and drive-way parking. Mins away from the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, city center, nighclubs. Enjoy visiting Lake Seminole Park, Pinellas Trail, Pinellas County Zoo, Tampa Bay Automobile Museum, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach and Mainlands Golf Course.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $112.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security oftheproperty.
