We dare you to find a Huge Home to rent that sleeps 16 or more AND has a Pool ( ask about completion date) Gymnasium with basketball, volleyball and batting tunnel, baseball field and bounce houses all in one place where you sleep on 4 acres in town and located within blocks of stores and fast food places.
This property has it all. Huge 6 bedroom 4 bath house with over 4,000 sq ft of finished living area. Many beds (10) in the house plus if you have a larger group we can put mattresses on the floor... Plus 4 acres of room for tents. Picnic and BBQ areas so no need to rent a Park Shelter. This PRIVATE Acreage is the city limits of Urbandale and blocks away from various stores and restaurants.
As previously mentioned, we can also roll out the Bounce Houses for the kids and have owners prepare the grounds for activities that your group will enjoy. An adjoining acreage could possibly want to coordinated use of the gym and the pool (once it is completed). Please message me if questions.
Please note that the listed price does not include all the activities … BUT we can provide all these to you for a nominal fee.
We have 3 rental options that should fit any family's needs.
1. The price listed is for the whole 6 bedroom 4,000 sq ft home.
2. The house has a main floor level 2,300 sq ft (4 brs, 2 baths) that can be rented out a lower price .. plus
3. A Suite at another, even lower price for this walk out lower level 1,700 sq ft suite with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room.
I did not want to scare renters away with the rental price of all our things built into the price. It is kind of Ala Cart. Pay for what you need or want. No need to pay for things you do not want.

Summary: This property's cleanliness was not up to the expectation of other properties that we have rented from VBRO. When we rented this property we were told that it had a pool. Two days before we were to arrive we were told that there wasn't a pool as they ran into issues with some city regulations . Would have been nice to know this a little more in advance as the property owner had known for awhile as the hole had not been dug. Upon arrival we were told the gym would be used by a local coach for basketball lessons 3 days a week .Surprise we were there 4 days and the coach had lessons everyday except Sunday. By Wednesday I learned that before planning the days events for us I should contact the owner to see what events he had planned for the property that day. While staying at this property there was someone coming and going every day. It never really felt like we had the property to ourselves. This is something that we enjoyed when we stayed at other properties from VBRO. The late notice of no pool , the lack of privacy, the garbage receptacles being full when we arrived, and the garage being full of refrigerators and other household items that were not being used disappointed us
