The outside features a beachfront pool built right into the deck that can be heated during the cooler months (additional pool heating fees apply), a large screened-in porch, a wrap around deck, and a private beach walkover!! About Sand Dollar
Experience the beach vacation of your dreams at Sand Dollar! Sand Dollar is located directly on the beach, you will only need to take a few steps before spreading out your beach blanket in the sand. You will love the private beach walk-over to take you to and from the beach with ease! When you are not building sandcastles or splashing in the Gulf, there is a private beachfront pool that can be heated during the cooler months (additional fees apply). The screened-in porch and wraparound deck provide views from all angles, from the rolling waves of the Gulf to the smooth waters of Little Lagoon. The open deck provides plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy outdoor meals at one of the multiple picnic tables.
All of the comforts of home can be found at Sand Dollar. With beautiful flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every room, fantastic views from every window, private bathrooms in every bedroom, why would you want to leave? The large open living area provides ample seating and both couches have pull-out beds. There is a mounted TV for family movie nights and a wet-bar complete with a dedicated ice maker. The dining room seats 6, the island another 6, plus there is an additional table in the kitchen. The updated, fully stocked kitchen provides all of the space you will need to prepare your meals, there is even a second refrigerator on the ground floor to hold extra food and beverages.
The four bedrooms on the main floor all have private bathrooms with walk-in showers and TVs. Bedrooms #1, #2, #3 all have king beds and bedroom #4 can sleep 4 in 2 queen beds. Upstairs on the second floor is a large loft with 4 twin beds and a private bathroom, perfect for the kids in your group! The loft features a TV and the best views in the house of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon!!
Under the home provides a shady spot to sit and another picnic table for outdoor meals. There are several hammocks found in the bottom entrance area to hang under the home when it’s time for a nap and also a second fridge, perfect for adult and kid beverages!!
