This home combines an upper, lower, and basement unit with interior doors to connect the spaces that make it live like a large single family home. Each level has a has a kitchen, living room, and laundry. The house totals 6 BR and 4.5 baths.
This boutique property is ideally located steps away from the trendiest restaurants and bars, coffee shops, Lake Michigan beaches, Brady Street, hospitals, North Avenue, downtown, the Oak Leaf Trail, biking, hiking, the river walk, Public Market and other grocery stores, Summerfest, and the all-new Bucks arena/Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is known as “Brew City” for a reason, and we have two well-known breweries just a few blocks away - Eagle Park Brewery and Lakefront.
