Experienced renters with a very clean, FIVE bedroom, three and a half bath home in an upscale neighborhood on a cul de sac. Great location, close to toll road, shopping and restaurants. We are only 6 miles from ND campus.
Open concept home with a fully finished basement that has full bath. Gorgeous enclosed three season room with access to huge back yard and deck. Also use our 4 burner gas grill. Perfect for entertaining! Large living room big screen 55" HD, 4K, flat screen Smart TV with streaming. Eat in kitchen and separate dining room with table that seats 8! Additionally the sunroom seats 10 more. Plenty of room to spread out in this 4200 sq ft home.
There are 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, 2 Full futons (one on first floor in office), 1 Twin bed, couches sleep 3 and plenty of room to use our queen size Aero Bed elevated air mattress. Upstairs there are five big bedrooms and two full bathrooms, half bath on main level. Full bath with shower stall in basement. There is plenty of floor room to use air mattresses in the basement.
Some of the great amenities that come with this rental are free WiFi, use of cornhole boards, huge driveway with inground basketball hoop and quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, shopping, and ND events.
Our home is smoke free and we have a non shedding mini goldendoodle.
Enjoy our Keurig Coffee machine with a selection of coffees. We also have a full size coffee pot and provide filters.
Master bedroom has King bed. Master shower remodeled to walk in, tiled shower and includes a Bluetooth enabled exhaust fan.
