This single story well-kept home comes with 2 full and 1 additional inviting bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms that will sleep six for true hospitality. Two bedrooms have Posturepedic mattresses and hypo-allergenic pillows for your peaceful and restful sleep. The third bedroom/multipurpose room has queen size sleeper sofa.
Both bathrooms are conveniently attached to the bedrooms. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and comfort of watching SMART 4K UHD TV with UHD Netflix in living room and SMART TV in Master Bedroom. Fully equipped for your entire cooking needs kitchen has a lovely eating area overlooking lake. Other amenities include dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave. Kitchen and living room have accesses to spacious lanai and private pool. House has a garage and very big driveway as well as washer and dryer for your convenience. Roomy and airy living and dining room have sliding doors which can be fully opened to lanai on a cool day to enjoy coastal breeze. Secluded backyard has tropical garden with mango and avocado trees. In season you can enjoy fresh fruits.
