Home is an adorable, 3 bedroom, modified ranch with partially finished walk out basement , fenced in backyard with a seashell patio with portable fire pit and deck with screened-in lighted pergola to enjoy breezy cape cod evenings without the bugs. Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar style countertop and adjoining dining area with table. Cozy living room with 55” LED television. Finished bonus room in basement with electric fireplace, large screen television, sleeper/sofa and full bathroom and laundry room. Plenty of off-road parking. Outdoor shower and two full bathrooms.
House is 8 min walk from Queen Sewell Pond, great for kayaking and fishing. 5 min drive to Lyman Reserve for hiking and public access to local quiet beach on Little Buttermilk Bay. Buzzards Bay Main Street boasts newly renovated businesses to include yoga studio, salon and spa, a variety of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shopping, park with splash pad and bike rentals for biking on Cape Cod Canal walk. Nearby farm stand , Bay End Farms for locally grown, organic fruits and vegetables.
3 min drive over The Bourne Bridge to Cape Cod Beaches, events and surfing towns like Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet. Tours of The Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory and Cape Cod brewery ongoing.
