Positive: Hotel employees were always happy to help, and all of them had super positive energy, doing everything with a smile. Definitely brightest part of our stay in hotel.
Negative: Communication with hotel trough Booking is impossible. They do not reply to your messages on Booking at all, and if you try to contact them trough phone provided on Booking site, you just hear the recorded voice mail in Spanish language only. For person that do not speak Spanish, it was absolutely useless. Finally we managed to reach the hotel staff trough phone number which we had to google to find it. Hotel does not have parking place provided for their guests. Room was not cleaned properly, there were dust and lock of hair in bathroom and in room. Also, toilet paper in bathroom was not new, it was used before. Pool was out of function and not accesible during whole our stay. Room does not have mini bar, so if you want water or something to drink you need to go to the reception downstairs and buy it. Room isolation is not good. You could literaly hear what people 4 rooms away from you are doing.
