Positive: The view from the room to the castle, the excellent breakfast, the location in Schenna, the attentive and kind owner of the hotel
Negative: The elderly lady at the breakfast was NOT nice at all: when we asked at (our 1st) breakfast which our table was, she rmade a face and replied that "oh, that you had yesterday" :-( but our problem was that she said it in a rude way, we almost turned back to leave. She should not work at a hotel or restaurant. No client needs her bad manners, her negative energy and her making angry faces. She is the reason why I do not give 10 points....The other members of the staff are all very nice and their work is fantastic.
