Positive: The location is truly unbeatable — the hotel is practically on the beach, which is incredibly convenient. We also really enjoyed the fresh croissants at breakfast — delicious!
Negative: Unfortunately, our overall experience was not very positive. The hotel clearly needs renovation. In our room, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the hairdryer kept overheating. When we reported the issue, staff only checked it when it had already cooled down and appeared to be working again, without actually listening to our explanation of the problem. There was also a very old and rusty clothes-drying rack on the balcony, which did not reflect the standards of a four-star hotel. The most disappointing part, however, was our communication with the hotel staff. We had booked a room with a full sea view, but what we received was quite different from the photos shown on the website. When we tried to address this, the staff were dismissive, constantly interrupting us, rolling their eyes, and even told us they couldn't photograph all 70 rooms just for us. In our opinion, adding just a few more realistic photos online would really help future guests understand what kind of "full sea view" to expect.
Summary: Overall, a great location but disappointing service and room quality that did not meet four-star expectations.
