Summary: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the hotel staff are all very friendly including the cleaners. My room was very clean, it had a tv. There was no mini bar, coffee machine or fridge. I did ask to borrow a kettle which I the staff gave me. My 1st of 2 complaints is that in the room the plug sockets were not easy to use. In front of one was a dressing table and the one as I entered the room, near the door was about 8” off the floor. I wasn’t on a business trip but I needed to charge my phone, tablet and watch. My 2nd complaint is that the life guard was promising every day that the swimming pool was going to be cleaned (a sandstorm had deposited sand in it at the beginning of the week and the water wasn’t very clean it was cloudy) I didn’t use the swimming pool the whole week I stayed in the hotel some people swam in it but I chose not to. I understand that the pool was going to be cleaned at some point but I felt that the hotel didn’t prioritise this. This is a shame because I chose to stay in this hotel because it has a swimming pool.
