Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff excellent. Hotel owner excellent as well as front desk girl. Hotel clean. Pool was very nice. We had a problem with the room and the owner brought in service personnel to solve the problem immediately.

Negative: As with everything since the COVID crime, prices have increased for everything to the point where a traveler has to be aware and prepared to pay more than advertised for everything.

Summary: Good stay at hotel. Puerto Plata, just like Punta Cana, has gone very crazy with prices.
