Summary: The hotel claimed to have air conditioning, which turned out to be a system that only blows hot air in winter. When the room became uncomfortably warm, we were advised to open a window. This would have been fine if the hotel had not been on top of an active bus depot. We also noticed a sign in the lift informing guests that the water system was being disinfected and should not be used during certain hours. This felt like the sort of information better delivered directly to the room. To round things off, the evening after the disinfection there was no hot water at all until the following morning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
