Summary: First experience on check in was rough (not welcoming) then a second woman saved the day and was very helpful. Was disappointed that the published check in time was not accurate and we had to delay until three (changing our plans). The value and location were great. The room was a bit beat up (had to slam the door to get it to shut) and couldn’t get the tv to work.
