Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It's a nice building and it is located in a nice area of the city. Close the centre, to the river, supermarkets and places to eat. But there many others that offer exactly the same.

Negative: The worst part is the staff. Looks like they have zero training with hospitality, not polite, not friendly and not helpful. They address guests with a "hey you" and are super quick to tell you all the things you are not allowed to do. There are a lot of rules for very little in return. No fridge, no kettle, no aircon, no place to hang anything, no working channels on TV and internet was useless. The reception are sucks, there are only two very uncomfortable chairs to sit wait. The area to leave luggage is just behind the counter - zero protection for your stuff. There's plenty of space at reception but they decided to not use it and chose to let guests be uncomfortable. So, bottom line is that cost-benefit simply isn't there. There are several better options 15 meters away.

Summary: Not recommended.
