The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. My stay at the Hotel Avenida was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the service and hospitality far exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the flexibility of the reception desk — opening earlier than expected for early check-in and staying available after hours, which proved incredibly convenient. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Much larger than anticipated, it featured a comfortable double bed alongside two single beds, offering plenty of space to relax. Everything was spotless, fresh-smelling, and clearly well cared for, which added greatly to my overall comfort. Hotel Avenida combines efficiency with comfort in a way that few hotels manage to achieve. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area who values excellent service, spacious accommodations, and attention to detail.
