Summary: When I checked in and went to room 205, it was a small, dark room with a window looking out onto the bottom of the tiny "courtyard" with windows on all sides. When I went back and asked if there were any rooms available looking out, I was pleasantly surprised to be given room 203 instead - a bigger, nicer room with a bigger bed and windows with a view looking north, for the same price. What fantastic customer service! All of the folks at the front desk were very nice and pleasant as well.
