Summary: Nice room clean and no issues with noise, room stayed cool even during a heatwave. good parking under the hotel (cost was as stated on the advert and is a daily rate). 5-10 minute walk to the tram on a nice lit walk. Trams were regular throughout the day and into the night. Great advice and good customer service from Mo. Would absolutely stay again.
