• Please note that the neighborhood surrounding Verdant Valley has strict speed limitations. Please ensure you drive no more than 5 miles per hour on the approach to the home due to children and dogs playing. Thank you!
• This property is located in a dog-friendly community. Please do not be surprised if you see a dog or two on the approach lane. They are probably heading home!
• The private driveway to the home is steep. Make sure to keep momentum when driving up the driveway. There is also a steep exit, loose gravel private driveway behind the home. If using, please exercise caution, and drive very slowly.
• Noise Ordinance
Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
