The Love Shack 1 is a cozy, single story home located 2 blocks from Pacific Beach State Park and beach access. A great place for a family or group to enjoy the local clamming, beachcombing, dining, and shopping offered in Pacific Beach. One mile from Seabrook.
Fresh paint inside and out, with a vintage inspired beach decor. All new linens and pillows in the bedrooms. New bath and beach towels as well.
Master bedroom sleeps 4 with king size bed, and twin trundle. Second bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen size bed. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Spacious living room, full kitchen and laundry room.
Enjoy relaxing and watching the kites fly on the spacioius front deck with a view of the ocean. Ammenities include hot tub, a large picnic table, large deck chairs, and propane grill.
Pets are welcome. Dog bed in living room is for their use, thier own sheets if they like to sleep in bed, and their own towels for after a romp on the beach.

Summary: This little house made a great weekend getaway. It was comfy enough to lounge around reading on a rainy day, and a well placed base to explore the area from on the sunny days. We ate at a nice little restaurant served by friendly locals. We give it one less star because we had some confusion getting in: the email said the code was for the key lockbox, which didn't work. In fact, there is a keypad that's used now. Also, we couldn't find the owner's manual, which presumably told us how to work the hot tub, which we couldn't figure out.
