This modern home is the perfect getaway. Short drive to all major shopping and the freeway. Sleeps 10 guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Complimentary coffee and multiple smart TVs for a weekend spent inside.
Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.
Quiet neighborhood located less than half of a mile from a large park including hiking!
The whole place is yours! Plenty of room for parking including space in the garage.
Newly remodeled 2,400 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for mid-term stays and families.
Upstairs: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people. Two additional bar stools are located at the kitchen countertop to accommodate larger families.
Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the sectional, or play an assortment of games provided. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a full bathroom. A two car garage is available for use, as well as a large back yard with globe lighting and seating for a night under the stars or lunch outside.
Downstairs: two more bedrooms including a queen bed and one room with two bunk beds. There is a full bathroom downstairs and an additional living room area with smart TV. A foosball table, arcade game and children's play nook is also downstairs.
The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, iron and much much more!
The hot tub is open year round!! The pool will be open June 5th- October 25th. It is not a heated pool.
There may be an RV stored next to the home throughout the year. It is not available for use.
The wood burning fireplace upstairs unfortunately is not in service, but the gas fireplace downstairs is!
This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV with many streaming apps that you can log into.
It would be best to get around by vehicle, but there are some outdoor adventures within walking distance.
Entering pool area will be considered an acknowledgment of risk associated with swimming and constitutes a release of liability to owners and/or managers of property. There is no fence or cover to the pool.
We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am.
There is a noise sensor on the back patio of the home. It does not record sounds, it just shows noise levels.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $100.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record.
There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
