Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is complete with all essentials needed to cook your favorite meal. Up-to-date appliances, Keurig, and dishwasher. There is extra seating at the bar for four. The dining room has seating for ten. On this main floor, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom. The first bedroom on this floor, the Ute Room; has a king-sized bed, private adobe fireplace, tv, and deck access.
