Residencia Universitaria Giner de los Ríos is situated within Alcalá University Campus, 30 minutes’ drive from Madrid. This residence features well-equipped apartments and studios, a gym and free internet access. Offers apartments and studios have a bathroom and a kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge.
We are located on the External Campus of the University of Alcalá, which is at the exit of Alcalá, beside the University Hospital “Príncipe de Asturiasâ€. It is here where the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy and Medicine, among others, are to be found. Besides, the campus has various sports facilities, supermarkets bars and university canteens
The apartments also include a separate living area with a TV. Upon arrival, guests receive a basket of free breakfast items.
Residencia Universitaria Giner de los Ríos has a games room with a TV, as well as free WiFi in public areas and wired Internet connection in the apartments and studios.
It includes daily cleaning (except kitchennete, with towels and sheets replacement every 3 days.

The reservation can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the day of entry. In the case of prepaid or non-refundable reservations, the total amount of the stay paid will be penalized.
The non-presentation on the day of entry to the residence or the cancellation outside the period indicated above implies an automatic charge to the credit card of the amount of one night per reserved room, as well as the immediate cancellation of the reservation. In the case of prepaid or non-refundable reservations, the total amount of the stay paid will be penalized.
If the client during their stay in the residence decides to leave before the end of the time of stay contracted, he/she will be penalized with 40% of the total price of the services that remain to be used.
