In our hostel in Tenerife you can book private or shared rooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen, terrace and chill out areas, laundry room and Wi-Fi internet connection. Our team will help you with the recommendations you need and, if you wish, they can also help you plan activities. We will do everything possible so that when you return home you will take with you very good memories and feel that you have made the most of your holidays in Tenerife.
Tenerife Experience Hostel is in a fantastic location, very close to the Mercado Nuestra Señora de África and the bus station. It is a quiet residential area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, but it is only a 5-minute walk from the main leisure areas of the city. The location is ideal for relaxing, as it is away from the bustle of the liveliest streets. The area is very well connected and has many places of interest nearby.
Our double room has a double bed, in the style of the most traditional hotels. It is perfect for couples. You will be able to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our hostel and all the common areas and, at the same time, have all the privacy you like while you discover the magic of the island. Mixed dormitories for five people. You can book them privately or share a room with other travelers if you prefer to travel alone. Each bedroom consists of two very comfortable and resistant bunk beds. The dormitories are equipped with individual lockers so that each guest has a private space to store their Mixed rooms with space for six people. These are spacious and bright rooms, where you can enjoy a good night's sleep after spending the whole day exploring Tenerife. Each bedroom is equipped with three comfortable bunk beds and lockers where you can safely store your belongings. You can reserve individual beds and share a room with other travelers or reserve the entire room for private use

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before with prior acceptance from us. (except Christmas, New Year and Carnival. For these dates it will not be possible to cancel)
CHECK IN from 14hs to 23hs (For arrivals between 23hs and 00hs a surcharge of €5 will be charged. Arrivals after 00hs have a surcharge of €10)
CKECK OUT before 11:00 AM
Payment upon arrival in cash, credit and debit cards.

There is no Breakfast.

The reception service is open from 9hs to 23hs
Documentation:
You must present identification in the form of an original and valid ID or passport. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the information provided is false or incorrect.
Damage:
If any guest causes damage, Tenerife Experience Hostel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the expenses related to the damage caused.
Payment and Cancellation:
The total amount of the stay will be paid at the time of check-in at the hostel.

Access and use of beds
It is not allowed to share a single bed with other people, NOR BRING PEOPLE TO THE HOSTEL WHO ARE NOT GUESTS.
smoking areas
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel or in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, as long as it does not disturb other guests.
Pets
Although we love animals, in order to promote relaxation and social harmony, at Tenerife Experience Hostel we do not accept pets.
Termination of stay
We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any non-compliant guests and other guests, without being responsible for any refund or compensation.
