Summary: Check in was extremely confusing and difficult. You had to call a number for check in. We talked to a gentleman with very limited understandable English. It was extremely stressful. There were others trying to check in at the same time with the same issue. Finally another guest who had already gone through it helped us a bit. There was no one the next morning available to pay our local taxes to. We had an early train and no staff was at the property yet.
