Positive: It is in a good location if you aren’t driving . Owner was very helpful.

Negative: Its a small pokey basement flat, you can hear the owners upstairs heavy feet clomping around. Banged my head multiple times on the VERY low bathroom arch had to literally bend over double as i am 6’. Expensive for what it is and was offered half the price to extend days.
