Summary: The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our holiday. However, although we were very impressed with the communications re arrival time etc the actual face to face check in was very disappointing. After a 30 min wait for your colleague to arrive with the keys we felt that she was not helpful. She was rushed and wanted to leave after handing us a bunch of keys with little explanation of how to gain access to the apartment. She was rushed and impatient. Contact with the main office had been excellent and this particular colleague let your company down. We booked the accommodation mainly because it had a pool but were disappointed that a 6 story apartment block was being built adjacent to it. We chose not to use the pool which was actually in the middle of a building site.
