Newly renovated and recently outfitted with all new furniture. You cannot beat the soft white sands of this beautiful island retreat with sprawling decks overlooking Nantucket Sound. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and sleep to the sound of the waves, the ferries heading to Nantucket, or rent a boat and pull up to your own beach. There are two bedrooms with a queen beds on the first floor. Both bedrooms on the second floor (one room has a king bed and 26" TV, the other has a twin trundle bed and a full size trundle bed) offer their own private balconies overlooking Nantucket Sound. This home is located Mid-Cape and is convenient to all areas. Approximately a ten minute drive to Hyannis center and harbor where you can catch a ferry to one of the Islands…or visit the shops and restaurants in town. Long walks on a quiet beach…it doesn’t get any better than this! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
