Summary: Our family stayed at Home of the Brave for our daughter's graduation from basic training. We needed somewhere pet-friendly so we could surprise her with our dogs on Family Day (success!). Pros: You can not find a vacation rental that is closer to Fort Sill! Great location for convenience to the base. The fenced backyard and patio was perfect for our dogs and we really appreciated the provided rolling cooler for our post-graduation picnic. Friendly, prompt communication with the owners. LOVE the MCM metal fireplace in the sunroom - very Instagram-worthy. Feedback: The home's decor and furnishings are outdated by today's standards and make the home feel very dark. While advertised as "sleeps 16" - we found it tight for 2 teens and 5 adults. Overall, Home of the Brave was adequate and comfortable for our short stay, we would stay here again strictly for the location and pet-friendliness.
