Enjoy your summer in the Hamptons in a newly renovated historic Victorian home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Enter through the white picket fence flanked by hydrangeas and you are greeted by two flower filled urns containing summer bloom. Lounge by the salt water pool and enjoy the convenience of a pool house with bath and lounge area or enjoy the pool from the large wicker filled porch. In the evenings, sit by the fire on the screened-in porch or in the morning have breakfast and later dinner there at the dining table which easily seats 8. Large open concept room with big screen television, gas fireplace, and nook where you may enjoy breakfast or take down a book and sit for a while. If you prefer a more cozy reading area, there is a study with comfortable seating and a drop down desk for work or leisure on your computer. Modern kitchen furnished with all cooking and serving amenities and equipped a with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosche dishwasher and Wolfe gas range, as well as counter seating for a quick breakfast or lunch. The first floor ensuite bedroom has a large shower and walk-in closet and a door which leads to a private garden and seating area. The third floor ensuite bedroom enjoys greater privacy as it occupies the entire floor and includes a large shower and walk-in closet. Each ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and its own television.
