New gourmet kitchen complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, professional gas range, pot-filler, spice and cutlery drawers, 'Black-Pearl' granite counter-tops. Four-person center island seating. Eight-foot dining table seats 8 comfortably.
Enjoy the convenience to Edgartown at this in-town location just a minute from town. Enjoy four comfortable bedrooms (sleeping 8), 3 1/2 tiled baths, (marble/slate/ceramic flooring) large living/common areas and a private, outside patio. It is a tastefully furnished, spacious, 2,600 sq. ft. home with two floors and a full, finished basement with laundry facility.

More beach BBQs, clambakes, lobster rolls, fishing (don’t miss the MV Striped Bass & Bluefish Derby) and Alpaca Yoga!
