Positive: Location was new and excellent to our needs (easy to hit the road to the smaller southern cities, plus cafe and restaurants nearby). Balcony was amazing. There were automatic shutters and bed was good. Silence at night and the surroundings felt safe. Prompt responses from the host.
Negative: Attention to details would easily make this a better location. Video instructions were useful, but I wanted to know first is where to park my car at night first, while raining, before having a chance to retrieve the remote for the garage. No dishwasher (this was a criteria for us, and the room description included one). Stain on the duvet, balcony table top and floor were not cleaned (but otherwise cleaning was spotless). Heating was ok, but we needed more (it's understandable if maximum was enforced by law). Can't help to notice that the developer prioritized everything to look good on the outside and provide a large living room, but then the kitchen and the apartment entry belong to the same open space... a classic trick.
