Summary: The location and the check-in process were fine, with nothing of note. All the critiques are for the actual place itself. The sink in the upstairs bathroom was clogged and subsequently leaking onto the floor, so my friends just stopped using it and made peace with using the downstairs bathroom on the main floor. The overarching theme for this place is that it just needs to be intensely deep cleaned. Clearly everyone's standards of "clean" are subjective, but if this is what this property considers clean, perhaps a refresh on the definition of the word would help. Overall, the place is just as the title suggests: meh. My friends and I spent very little time in the actual place itself as we were out doing things throughout the weekend. It was a place to rest our heads and be safe and for that we are thankful. Would we book this again knowing what we know now? No.
