A beautiful (ground level) apartment with private entrance and 150 ft driveway with 36 ft carport with electric hook up. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. Living room has a large TV with loveseat and recliner and a gas fireplace. A charming kitchen with full size cooking stove and refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster. It is located about 5 minutes from the Dayton Boat Dock and close to several good restaurants and several fast food restaurants. We are about one mile from Bryan College.

Summary: Ms Mary and Mr. Chuck were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to ensure that everyone was taken care of, which was especially meaningful during Tennessee's once-in-a-decade snowstorm of 2024! I highly recommend staying here!
