Summary: A day before we were to check in I got a call that the place we had reserved was no longer available due to water damage and they were putting us in a different property on haslam terrace.That property was very very nice on the surface. Looked like it should be in an episode of MTV Cribs or something. But underneath the surface there were just so many issues:1. One shower only put out scalding hot water, no cold.2. Another shower was clogged and caused water to leak into the kitchen below3. Yet another shower had issues where the rainfall head could only put out cold water while the wand could do both hot and cold.4. One TV was smashed5. There was some machinery on the roof cycling on and off all night loudly every night. Very disruptive to sleep.I raised these concerns to the manager over text and didn't get a response till after we had checked out.But - the place has a nice view, was clean and secluded, and looked pretty awesome as long as you ignored the various issues. So I'm giving an overall 4* rating.
