1 Bedroom Apartment with Bedding, Kitchen and Laundry
My house is a two apt unit only. You would stay in the first floor apt. Entrance is from the back deck. Has full laundry room for your use. (Dryer takes 4 quarters per load) The apt is fully stocked for most of your needs. Including some condiments, some spices, S&P in pantry. Kitchen also has all kitchen linens. Including dish soap, paper towels, etc. Kitchen has coffee maker, keurig, microwave, full size frig and stove/oven, plenty of dishes and cookware! The living rm has a piano, flat screen roku tv ready for your Netflix/Roku acct. full size recliners and a full size sofa with pull out queen bed. The bedroom has a King size memory foam mattress. Has plenty of room in the closet for your clothing to hang. Also has extra blankets and pillows. Games. Small electric heater and a fan if needed for extra comfort. There is a fan and a noise soother for the light sleepers that might mind the horse and buggies and cars going by with the road being out front. Black out curtains for great sleeping in. Plus alarm clock. The bathroom has full size tub/shower. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plus TP. Hand soap. A few extras if you forgot something. I’ve been told by many this apt is very comfy and feels like home. WiFi included.
No animals/pets permitted at this time!
I DO have regular exterminator services to help prevent any bugs/mice etc. From living next to a corn field :)
