Summary: Hotel and stay were great except I was placed on the dog friendly floor when I didn’t have a pet. I was awoken at 7am by a dog barking and whining for an hour straight. I complained to the desk, they said they would contact the owner but the barking continued. I checked out earlier than planned because of the noise. I’m should have been informed that I was on the pet friendly floor. I would not have stayed in that room if I had known.
