A chalet with a garden and a pond, in a holiday park
This chalet with three bedrooms is in a luxurious holiday park on a country estate, near the towns Apeldoorn, Amersfoort and Voorthuizen. It is by a decorative pond, with exotic fish, has a big garden and offers ample privacy.
All the rooms are on the ground floor and the house has central heating. The spacious living room provides comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining corner with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, combined microwave, gas stove, extractor fan, large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of cutlery and crockery. There are three bedrooms. One has a box spring double bed, the second has two box spring single beds and the third has a single bed. The high-quality mattresses all measure 90 x 200cm. Bed linen and towels are included. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and extractor fan.
The terrace provides a dining corner, a grill and two loungers, as well as a parasol. The chalet is by a charming pond with seating. Please do not feed the fish with bread, it is better to buy carp feed. A garden shed/storage room is available for keeping bicycles. There is a parking space by the house.
