Villa Mimosa has a garden of 1500m2 each. The large spaces allow you to be outdoors in total safety. There is a large grassy lawn where children can have fun playing freely (the whole property is fenced, the entrance with an electric gate) and parents can relax in the shade of the trees or enjoy the sun on the sun loungers available in each villa. There are also several varieties of garden trees and fruit trees: lemons, figs, bananas (I assure you that it makes very sweet bananas), apricots, and our beautiful centenary olive trees. You can collect directly in the garden: basil, parsley, sage and rosemary. An area of the garden is shared by both houses, and here is the playground with slide, swing, playhouse, soccer goal, volleyball court, basketball basket. The large swimming pool is located in a panoramic area of the property, from which you can see the sea, the Strait of Messina and the Aeolian Islands. From here you can admire sunsets that offer an unforgettable spectacle. The swimming pool of Villa Mimosa is available to both villas, therefore suitable for our little guests who can have fun in safety, but also for adults who can cool off and relax. For the safety of children it is fenced. All the houses are on the ground floor, with a furnished veranda, to better enjoy the outdoor space as well: very pleasant breakfast and meals enjoyed while enjoying the view and the greenery that surrounds the villa. There is also a barbecue available, much appreciated for grilled meat or even fish that can be purchased directly from the fishermen. The peculiarity of Villa Mimosa is that, despite being close to the sea and services, it is in an area surrounded by nature, where there is peace and tranquillity. In addition to this, the owners live in another villa within the property. They are very discreet but are at your disposal during your stay to give information and for any need. They take care of the garden and swimming pool every day.
Villa Mimosa is located 5 minutes by car from the nearest beach, and in a few minutes you can reach the numerous and beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei.15 minutes away is the town of Tropea, a very beautiful historic village, where you can take a walk through the alleys, with shops, restaurants, etc. Other nearby places to visit: Zungri Caves, Pizzo, Scilla, Reggio Calabria.
