This beautiful rustico for 5 persons, converted from an old farmhouse, is located in the hills of Versilia, near Monteggiori, a small, pretty village a few km from the sea. The holiday home, situated in a quiet location and surrounded by a beautiful garden full of fruit trees, offers a breathtaking view of the Versilia coastline. The sea and the beaches of Versilia are only 6.5 km away. Built according to typical country architecture, the beams of the roof and the terracotta floor tiles are still visible. The entrance, once via a staircase at the front, is now at the back of the house and leads to the large kitchen with decorative fireplace (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). Bathroom with small bath/shower. The living room/kitchen leads to a double bedroom with window and view of the coast and via a staircase to the upper floor where there are two beds and a sofa bed. Satellite TV, mosquito nets, barbecue area. Wi-Fi Internet connection. Approx. 65 sqm. The nearest villages are Monteggiori (1,7 km) and Capezzano Pianore (2 km) where you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The beautiful town of Pietrasanta, famous for its artistic workshops, is only 5 km away.
