Summary: From the moment we booked this space, communication with the property manager was excellent. She gave us helpful information & was extremely responsive whenever a question came up. Upon check in, she helped us figure out parking our rental car & communicated with the parking garage on our behalf. She gave us a detailed walk through of the space upon check-in, as well as, sat with us & explained a bit about the city & the best ways to get around. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous. The view is unmatched & the private balcony/terrace was our favorite place to be. We were able to buy groceries & cook some meals in the beautiful kitchen, which was really wonderful. Annamaria even left us some drinks & snacks to get us through our stay. We didn't know what to expect with the 140 stairs to the property, but it honestly was not bad at ALL & by day two of our stay we had already gotten used to it. We truly had the best time & would recommend this space to ANYONE looking to stay in Ravello. The next time we travel back to the coast, we will definitely be reaching out to Annamaria!
