Come and enjoy this cosy fisherman's cottage, located 200 m from Wenduine beach. From the house, a wooden footbridge spans the coastal road and leads directly to the large sandy beach (with lifeguard surveillance). Ideal for a family holiday! If you take the footpath along the dunes, you can reach the centre of Wenduine in 15 minutes or the port of Blankenberge in 10 minutes. Wenduine is a small, friendly seaside resort, also known as the Princess of seaside resorts. If you're looking for a little excitement, De Haan is 6 km away and Blankenberge is 2 km from the house. There is always something to do close to the holiday home. Enjoy a day of mini-golf, admire the underwater world at Sea Life or spend a day frolicking in the subtropical pool at Centerparcs, all within a few kilometres of the house. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature reserves around Wenduine and Blankenberge, or take a boat trip out to sea from Blankenberge harbour. The house has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a large dining table and a comfortable living room, where you can enjoy sumptuous meals, play board games (provided by the owner) or read a good book. During the autumn and winter months, you can warm up around the pellet stove in the living room. The pellets are provided by the owner. On the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms. Outside, the terrace and enclosed garden invite you to enjoy the sunshine. A private parking space is available at the property. The house has a lockable storage room. This can be used to store a few (max. 2) bicycles, for example. The house is located on the 'Fabiola' estate. This estate is securely gated by an electric gate. You can use the coastal tram to travel easily along the Belgian coast. The tram stops 200 metres from the house.
