The unit has the ability to sleep up to 7 people. Bedroom one has a king. Bedroom two has a double and twin bunkbed. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. Just steps away from Wesbanco Arena, Capitol Theatre, Heritage Port, downtown & Centre Market restaurants & shops! There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, apartment on the 2nd floor. Airbnb on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building. Property is recently renovated. Please be respectful of the other tenants. Apartment consists of the 3rd floor of the building. Roughly 1200 square feet. Walking up steps is required. There is a front and back stairway which is shared with the 2nd floor apartment.
