Completely renovated historic Carmel Home. Built in the 1850’s, this property used to be the local grocer and post office. Now turned into a stunning three bedroom home! You can enjoy natural sunlight eating in the sunroom, or soak in the hot tub outside. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You are right down the street from the 15 acre Flowing Well Park. This well has been providing artesian water for over 200 years! Short 3 minute drive to shops/bars.
This home offers everything you need for up to 8 guests. There are three full bedrooms. The master has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and washer and dryer is located inside this room. Upstairs on the third level, there are two twin beds as well as an additional queen air mattress. The second floor has a full bathroom, and the first floor has a half bath. The kitchen is stocked with tea and a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups. Bed linens and towels are provided.
