Whether you are looking for a fun weekend getaway, or comfortable space to work remotely, we have taken extra steps to ensure our space can feel like your home away from home.
Traditional townhome layout with comfortable living and dining space on the main level. The east-facing windows provide great natural light throughout. At the back of the home, the kitchen is stocked with everything required to cook a full meal. There is a large, private yard with an outdoor dining table and grill.
The two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry closet are on the second level. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, full length mirror, and desk.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and dedicated hanging rack for clothes. The room featues a Peloton Bike, free weights, and yoga mat for guests looking for a workout without paying drop-in fees at a local gym.
The Sante Fe Arts District - and popular shops, restaurants, and bars - is walking 5 minutes walking. Centrally located, it is possible to get to Downtown, South Broadway, Washington Park, Capital Hill, and Cheeseman Park within a quick drive. If visiting the mountains or a show at Red Rocks, the highway is a handful of blocks away to help avoid traffic through the city.
Baker Market - open for breakfast and lunch - is around the corner. It's a great place to get coffee and the breakfast burritos, tacos, and sandwiches are all outstanding. The Market also sells a handful of groceries and household items.

We have a cat who lives here when not rented to guests. The space is professionally cleaned prior to each stay and she will not be present during your stay. That said, please be advised that if you are highly allergic to cats, we do not recommend you stay here.
